HOW TO TYPE MALAYALAM IN UBUNTU

                 In windows we can have so many ways to type documents in our regional language Malayalam. Varamozhi, keyman, ISM, other government provided softwares are available in Windows. But what goes in Linux , its partially or totally none in ubuntu software repository. Varamozhi installer may work if you have luck. Without third party softwares we can simply type Malayalam in ubuntu Linux. 

        Here I'm trying to explain how to do this, simply we can say its possible by adding support for Malayalam. For that go to system settings (here I describes things by ubuntu 11.10) then choose language support there choose install/remove languages > choose Malayalam. This will install additional Malayalam fonts to your computer. Then from system settings choose keyboard, this will show a dialog box by default it shows keyboard layouts, now you have only single layout that can be see there English. Below this box there will be some buttons to add/remove layouts. Click on + to add new keyboard layout, and choose Malayalam. 

         Now you can click close button thats it you done it. To test all are correct look at notification area for a keyboard symbol and marked as EN. Click on it and you can see Malayalam also select Malayalam now en replace with ML. 

        Type in Libreoffice writer by choosing a Malayalam font for additional help you can also use either show current layout in notification area or on screen keyboard from Accessibility in system settings.

Where to start your career?

People who just finished their education should thought about their career at any level. Openings for their career was wide but chances to enhance abilities very narrow. Lot of people search for higher posts at initial level ,but they obviously keeping back themselves. So the best way to sharpen your ablities to make sharp your skills. If you rejected by one in future you will accepted by lakhs.

Identify your genuine skills:

Many people sets their aim according to the current industry situation. This is like giving your dog a handful hey. First you need to learn about you and make a report yourself. Honestly find what is special in you ... your friends can help you to identify your skills. According to their feedback evaluate wisely and choose your interest.

Never copy others stand stright:

Most of people setup their career by inspiration from other people. Mr.Aman is a doctor, but his son will not be a doctor because every people has their own specialisation by nature. Their career could not be identified by their family or other things.

Fake keep you back:

You should honest in your abilities. People who come for interviews says they know many things but while testing we can see that they dont know anything. Actually they know it but they did not tried for sharp their skills while they searched their job.

Dependency is wost than self work:

You should make skill in problem solving. It cannot be learned through books or blogs. you should interfere and work with people around you and work with them ,make your opinion accept or find wrong things find with your companion and make them in right way. Never depend others in your works that you can manage. Always make others happy even if you are unhappy that is the secret code for manage society.

Make skills more than earn degrees:

We found so many people who have degrees and PGs but they did not learn how to interfere with people or manage people. Some times all are ok, but their practical knowledge makes their future dark. Other type is they did not know anything but they says i know ,i know this makes companies set back because of lack of knowledge. Also sharing mentality is another fact, it is the main factor in team work. People who work separately from team members may backrrupt the company .

Attitude equals positive:

Attitude makes things possible for a man all above facts directly or indirectly affects a persons attitude. Personal interviews measuring how much positive is a candidates attitude. We can catch people by conversing with them for 5 minutes, by sharing our ideas with them. So make attitude more higher.
